Environmental Survey Consulting has been in business since 1984. Co-founders David Mahler and Judy Walther decided to start the company based on their background as Science Educators with degrees in Biology, respectively. They also have many years of experience working at natural resources education programs before starting Environmental Survey Consultants--a "restoration first"? approach that provides a sound basis for any project they take up within Texas' Ecology.
