EldercareNY

Steven Schwartzman, the director of EldercareNY and a cum laude graduate from SUNY Buffalo (1981), worked as an emergency room social worker in Brooklyn for five years. He then became a medical social worker with four different home care agencies to gain experience visiting clients at their homes before starting his own Geriatric Care Management practice.
