Department of Children and Families

The Department of Children and Families (DCF) works in partnership with families to make sure that the children are safe from abuse or neglect. The department can provide supports for keeping these kids around their loved ones, but if it's necessary they'll find new permanent homes through kinship guardianship adoption too!
