Craig C Callewart, MD's family has been in Dallas almost 60 years. His mother was a nurse and his father an orthopedic surgeon who performed spinal surgery for the city of Dalls before retiring here himself at age 65 to start up their own practice with one partner - Craig doing general adult medicine wasn't keeping patients alive on OR tables or operating rooms!
