Child and Adolescent Health Associates, LTD was established in 1980 as a private pediatric practice focused on providing quality comprehensive health care for children. All of our providers are Board Certified in Pediatrics and affiliated with Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital Chicago or Northwestern Memorial (Prentice) hospital through their affiliation to the University of Illinois College Of Medicine at Chicago Circle Campus.
