La Airport Customs is terrible! They are extremely slow and inefficient! -- I ordered a small electronic item from China on January 14, 2019. It was sent by air from Hong Kong, and it arrived in Los Angeles on January 17, 2019 at approximately 1:00 P.m. It's now January 23, 2019. I checked the tracking number, and the item is still at the L.a. Airport Customs Office. Nothing has been done yet since the item arrived there 6 days ago. It's still in holding and waiting for an address label to be put on it in order for it to be sent to me by Usps. -- I need this item to repair a laptop computer for someone who has been waiting a long time. This delay is ridiculous! -- I'm not blaming the company in China, because they sent the item immediately after I ordered it. But, I am blaming the La Airport Customs Office for being so slow and inefficient.
