The newest cardio and toning exercise class for women! A high energy, fun workout featuring Cumbia, Latin, Reggaeton, Rhumba, Jamaican Island, Swing, Middle Eastern and more! Intermittent intensity levels paired with dynamic toning and stretching provide an intense exercise experience. The dance moves are the "real deal," but they are easy to learn and no dance background is needed. An ACE certified instructor will lead this Dance Blast class by Body & Soul Fitness. A 4 p.m. Sunday Dance Blast class at the same location is also offered and has been a popular mom/daughter workout! Joie De Vie Ballroom Dance Club will have the theme "A 50's Sock Hop." This dance will be our only informal dinner dance. The Dance will have Kip Curtis Combo playing wonderful dance music. We would like you to be our guest, and join us on Wednesday Night's at our Mid Week Mixer. We offer wonderful music to dance to anywhere from Ballroom, Country to West Coast Swing. We have a very nice large floating wood floor and we are a smoke free enviroment. Cost is $5.00. Our dress code is dressy casual or nice jeans. We are located in Springdale Shopping Center, OKC Swing Club, 4361 NW 50th Suite 400, in the corner behind the Oklahoma Barbecue Station on 50th and Meridan. Our dance starts at 7:30pm and is over at 10:00pm. This is a wonderful place to meet new people or just get together with a friend. This is also a great place if you want to celebrate someone's Birthday, Anniversary, or any other special occasion. We do provide snacks just in case you get hungry after all that dancing. Please come and join us for a night of wonderful dancing and fun.

Ballroom and Latin dance lesson's begin at 6:30 every Friday night until 8:00 pm then we have a dance following the lesson on the first and third Fridays. Casual dress(no jeans,shorts or denim skirts). We are in the Springdale shopping center (NW 50th and Meridian) inside the OKC Swing Club building behind the Oklahoma Station BBQ.
