Over the weekend, i took my $25.00 birthday gift card for P.F. Chang's and my two kids there for dinner. The intoxicating smell of delicous food and beautiful ambience as soon as we walked in was so inviting. It only took a moment to get us seated in a large, comfortable booth. We were first presented with some complimenatary egg drop soup that was birsting with flavor. I usuaslly don't order that at all but it was fantastic. The drinks were promptly refilled by the very friendly and professional waiter. My daughter and i split the sesame chicken with brown and white rice both. The large, robust red peppers and onion slices were sweet, slightly crisp and cooked perfectly, adding wonderful texture to the dish. And the chicken...oh my goodness, i don't know how tthey did it but it was light, air-crispy like but still juicy, bursting with flavors and colors and plenty of it for us both to share and for myself to have a small take home box for lunch the next day (although it was very difficult to stop eating it was so yummy)! My son remained silent for the next 15 minutes as he shoveled what he said was the best spicy pork lomein he's ever had into his mouth. He ate every last bit and only let out some moans of approval. We finished it off with my complimentary birthday mini dessert choice of tripple chocolate mousse, which the kids let me have to myself. It was a perfect porportion and just the right richness and sweetness to satisfy my chocolate addiction. We sat for a few moments, relishing the fantastic service, excellant food and beautiful atmoshphere..wondering when we will get to treat ourselves again. I highly recommend this place!
