If you aren't sure how to do it, the servers are more than happy to help out. The owner came to our table several times to make sure we were enjoying ourselves and even offered to have us try some of their lesser-known specialties. My favorite thing to order is the Ribeye. It's delicious with the teriyaki broth. Prices are a little steep, but for the experience, it's worth it.
