The Distinguished Chef Scholarship Benefit Series continues this week at Oklahoma State University. Students from the College of Hospitality and Restaurant Management will team with world-class chefs to produce four great food and wine events.
On Thursday, chef Juan Miguel Romero, of Mexico City, will be in the kitchen. Chef Richie Billingham, of Jackson Hole, Wyo., is scheduled for Feb. 2. The last event is April 12 with Chris and Matt Biard, of Charleston's in Napa Valley, Calif.
