Herbert and Tiffany Cooper moved from Springfield, MO, to Oklahoma City in January 2002 and began to meet with 6 people in their living room. The grand opening of People's Church was May 12, 2002, with 65 people in attendance, and today, People's Church is ministering to 2000 people in three identical Sunday experiences. We have seen over 3000 people give their lives to Jesus Christ. People's Church bought 50 acres in 2004 and moved into a 17,500 square foot facility in 2006. People's Church added an additional 44,000 square foot facility in 2009 that includes an 1800 seat auditorium. In August of 2011, a second location in Midwest City, OK was opened.
