Whitworth will bring 40 new designs, featuring pearls handpicked from a Shanghai pearl farm.
Chef Jason Heald's menu will include Sweet Corn Soup, with avocado mousse and tomatillo salsa; Scallop Ceviche, with mango, cucumber and poblano peppers; Smoke Shrimp Tamale; Flank Steak, with chimichurri; Banana Leaf Sea Bass; and Spicy Chocolate Mousse with pistachio tuile.
Cost is $75 per person.
