The Lips and Stardeath plan to perform “The Dark Side of the Moon” in its entirety following the annual New Year’s Eve Freakout! The special performance will come after the bands count down to midnight and ring in 2010. It is the only planned live performance of “Dark Side,” according to the news release, and it’s sure to be a not-to-be-missed addition to an already terrific event.

Tickets are $10, $20 and $25 (plus venue/transaction fees), available at the Ford Center Box Office, all Ticketmaster outlets including participating Suncoast, FYE, and Homeland stores, or can be ordered by phone at 800-745-3000.
