The Museum of Osteology, located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, is a unique educational experience. Focusing on the form and function of the skeletal system, this 7000 square ft. museum displays hundreds of skulls and skeletons from all corners of the world. Exhibits include adaptation, locomotion, classification and diversity of the vertebrate kingdom. The Museum of Osteology is the only one of its kind in America.

Hours: Monday to Friday: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Saturday: 11:00 am - 4:00 pm Sunday: Closed

Our family went to the museum of osteology on a snow day last week... Read full review Our family went to the museum of osteology on a snow day last week and I was more than impressed! They have over 300 actual skeletons of everything from hamsters to a humpback whale. The cost is perfect at $5.00 a person. You could seriously spend hours looking at all of the different skeletons. This would be a fun field trip for a school or scout troop.
