Jimmy's Egg has been serving up award-winning breakfast and lunch specialties for over twenty years. Started by a former railroad inspector Loc Le in 1980 as a small 50-seat restaurant at 1616 North May Avenue, Jimmy's egg has grown to become a small chain of breakfast and lunch eateries throughout Oklahoma City and Tulsa.
