Introduction to Sculpting Glass

The glass sculpting class will cover the basics of using glass as a sculpting medium. Students will learn gathering and shaping techniques, bit work, cutting, and applying hot glass. Students will be shown how to create flowers, sea shells, and a variety of other objects in glass. Introduction to Glassblowing is a required prerequisite for this class.

Ability level: Intermediate
$100 members/ $125 nonmembers (materials provided)
Maximum enrollment is 3 students.
