Fundamentals of Acrylic Painting

Thursdays | 7 – 9 pm | $120

INSTRUCTOR: JENNIFER BARRON

This class introduces the underlying concepts of acrylic painting and provides a solid foundation for further exploration. Composition, value, color, materials and techniques are covered. Students view the work of contemporary artists and work from still life to sharpen skills. This class is designed for both beginners and those looking to refresh their outlook.

Jennifer Barron is an active artist who frequently shows her work locally. She holds a BFA in painting from the University of Oklahoma and by day coordinates art education projects at the Arts Council of Oklahoma City.
