Figure Drawing

Wednesdays | 7 – 9 pm | $150 (model fee included)

INSTRUCTOR: GLEN THOMAS

Students learn to render the human figure quickly and accurately by working each week with live models. Early emphasis is on creating quick gestural drawings. As the class progresses an emphasis is placed on expressive line, value, perspective and proportion. Glen gives weekly demonstrations and provides individual attention throughout. Basic drawing skills are recommended.

Glen Thomas has a bachelor’s degree in art and has completed graduate work at the University of Central Oklahoma and Oklahoma City University. His work has recently been displayed at City Arts Center and 50 Penn Place.
