OKC Downtown College Presents Cooking Classes at Trattoria IL Centro

Join Executive Chef Christine Dowd for a hands-on cooking experience. Learn

Chef Christine’s preparation and presentation techniques and details behind

Trattoria’s marvelous cuisine.

Classes: Each class meets on Saturdays from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM and includes instruction, hands-on experience, and a three course meal.

Class I: October 24 Hand-made Mozzarella Cheese

Class II: November 7 Hand-made Pizza & Sauces

Class III: November 21 Panna Cotta Dessert

Location of the Classes: Trattoria IL Centro,

500 W. Main St, Oklahoma City, OK 73102

Space is limited; preregistration required. Price: $50.00 per class.
