Coach’s Restaurants, founded in 1996 by Oklahoma locals, were developed with the desire to offer the public uniquely created handcrafted ales in an energetic, fun sports environment. Coach’s offers everything from BBQ and pizza to outstanding steaks, sandwiches and salads. The Bricktown Coach’s includes two spacious patios and overlooks the Bricktown Ballpark, home of the Oklahoma RedHawks.

Unfortunately, I'm afraid that this Coach's could be relying on that fact a little too much. Don't get me wrong, I enjoy Coach's. I love their handcrafted beer and the food is pretty good as bar food goes. The fries are great and any thing you can pour their BBQ sauce on is going to get a thumb's up. Coach's has good pizzas with many options, one you have got to try is the Hula Bowl, or anything involving the Kelbasa Sausage! The decor is getting a little dated, and they need to start a remodel soon. The staff is still very friendly and bartender Ricky (of American Idol fame) keeps me keep coming back. Oh yeah, as you leave make sure to get a growler of their beer to go, can't beat taking handcrafted beer to your fridge!

Coach's has absolutely the best beer around town. Their IPA is...  Read full review Coach's has absolutely the best beer around town. Their IPA is hands down some of the best in the nation. Seriously. I've been all around the states and lived in "Beer-Land" (Portland, OR) and still can say that Coach's IPA hangs with the best!
