The Chuck House Restaurant was named after Frank (Frank Sr.) who was an actual cowboy on the Wes Rayburn Ranch in eastern Oklahoma when he was a young man. He often talked about preparing food from a chuck wagon while out on the range; and preparing food for the ranch hands in the "Chuck House" while at the ranch. There most famous dish is the chicken fried steak. They offer catering services buffet style for 50 - 300 persons.
