I'm going to give this place a 4-Star rating because the first time I went was a 5, and the second time I went was a 3. I think this place boils down to WHEN you visit. The chicken parmesean is very, very good - but the service can be shotty. Just depends, I guess. Worth the visit, nevertheless.

We waited at the front door for a good five minutes while the waiters kept glancing at us, but no one offered to either seat us, or tell us to take our own seat. Finally, we did get a seat, and were told, "we'll be right with you." 15 minutes later, we were allowed to order our drinks. They were incredibly busy, especially for a Monday night, and horribly understaffed - but it took over an hour to simply order and receive an order of cheesebread, and two creme brules. We didn't even order an entre, as we were afraid we'd be there for another hour before it arrived. They seemed seriously overpriced, and what we had was decent, not great. I will never be returning here.
