BRAVO! is a fun, white-tablecloth casual eatery offering great Italian food under a Roman ruin decor.

The concept is positioned between the fine-dining and casual chains, with a menu emphasis on food that is fresh, made-to-order and made using authentic Italian cooking methods.

Our subtitle "Cucina Italiana" or "Italian Kitchen" is appropriate in that all of the cooking is done exhibition style — in full view of the guest. Read full review I typically don't like eating at "chain" establishments, but I have eaten at Bravo several times, and I think their food is pretty good. I wouldn't recommend ordering a pizza here, but I've had several of their pasta dishes and liked all of them. Their chopped Bravo salad is a good starter salad.
