Advanced Pottery

Wednesdays | 10 am – Noon | $130
Thursdays | 7 – 9 pm | $130

INSTRUCTOR: MATT MURRAY

This class is designed for students who have mastered centering and pulling on the wheel and/or basic handbuilding methods. Instruction focuses on the creation of complex forms and multi part vessels. Advanced glazing, surface design and firing methods are also covered. Self direction by students is expected at this level with instructors sharing advanced techniques and helping individuals to refine skills.

(supplies and clay not included)

Matt holds a BFA in ceramics from the University of Central Oklahoma. He has apprenticed under Collin Rosebrook for the last four years and has taught at both Artzplace Oklahoma and Paseo Pottery.
