Supporting Norman's alternative lifestyles - offering good organic food. The menu includes items like Tempeh Tacos, Fool Your Mom Chicken Salad Sandwich, Messy Mary (Sloppy Joe's animal loving cousin), Tofu Scramble, Vegan Biscuits and Soysage Gravy, and much much more.
The espresso and juice bars are also very impressive. They offer organic milk, soy milk, vanilla soy milk, and fresh vegetable juices of any combination. The smoothies are also popular, made with either soy milk or apple juice.
