A fantastic mexican cafe in norman that sometimes features live music that travels between tables, as well as fantastic homemade chips. The menu itself is expansive and features authentic mexican food as well as tex-mex favorites, and even some american dishes for those with less adventerous tastes.

I really like Tarahumaras. Their food is quite good and they have great drinks. I always get the enchiladas and the complimentary chips and queso are delicious. It's a bit pricier than other places but worth it. There is almost always a wait at Tarahumaras, however it's never very long. That's mostly because their service is super fast. And, as another reviewer pointed out, is almost too fast - if there is such a thing. It's a bit of a whirlwind once you're seated at your table, but it is good to know that you'll get your food in under 5 minutes. 5 minutes! I'm not kidding. The waiters are always very observant, efficient and friendly. Tarahumaras is a treat for any Mexican food lover. Definitely a 'must-try' in Norman.
