Great people, great salon.

I've been going to Devyn, an esthetician based at Polished, for several years now and my mom is also a client. She is so professional and does a great job EVERY time. She truly goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and pays attention to the little details. She cares about each of her clients. The salon is very cute and everyone is friendly. I whole-heartedly recommend Devyn's services!

I've only been to Polished Beauty Bar and Spa once, and for about five minutes, but I am never going back.

I had an appointment with the esthetician.  I was about 7-10 minutes late due to being on the phone with the doctor who was squeezing me in for an appointment.  I got to Polished as quick as I could.  When I arrived, I told the lady at the front that I was here for my eyebrow waxing.  

She looked at me rudely and very loudly started talking down to me for all the people in the salon to hear.  She told me that she was the esthetician, I was 15 minutes  late, that her next client was already here, that there was nothing she could do for me, and that I NEEDED TO LEAVE.  She begrungingly took my number so she could call me with another appointment time.  This was all loud, and there were women in the salon all looking at me.  It was the most embarassing experience ever.  We girls generally go to the salon to be pampared and to feel better about ourselves, not to be publically shamed.

I take responsibility for being late.  I am normally an incredibly punctual person, but there is no reason to treat customers like that.  And don't worry, I was five minutes early to my next appointment...at another salon.
