Just a guess here but Kenneth's review of Norris shouldn't be taken seriously. He's probably got other issues going on... clearly he doesn't practice nor follow the golden rule. Truth be told this place is great! They're always friendly and welcome me in to get parts or just gossip about things going on. I'm a local fireman in Norman and they have on multiple occasions assisted me out at Thunderbird when my boat breaks down (just because it's the right thing to do). Naturally they tease me and try to sell me a new one but I keep sinking money into her! Just stop by Norris and see for yourself why they earned my business.

This is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with, if you want to be lied to over and over again and always get the run around then buy from this company otherwise run away fast they are terrible. If your boat is perfect and you never have any issues with it then this company might work for you but if you have any issues which from my experience you always do with a boat then if you buy from this company be prepared to get an extreme headache that will last for years.
