Takes place at Cleveland County Health Department in Norman and happens every Monday, Wednesday and Friday
Flu shots will be given in the Cleveland County Health Department Norman office from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Mondays and Wednesdays, with appointments from 5 to 6 p.m.; shots will be given on Fridays by appointment only.
Flu shots are recommended for everyone 6 months of age and older. There is no charge for families whose income is less than 185 percent of the federal poverty level. Shots are free for adults 65 and older and children with no health insurance or children whose insurance does not cover vaccines.
Children and adults with health insurance that covers vaccines and those with incomes above 185 percent of the poverty level will be charged $25.
