Takes place at JD McCarty Center for Children With Developmental Disabilities and happens on Mondays
What: A 3-week series of inclusive yoga classes for kids of all abilities, ages 4-8 years. All yoga poses and activities will be developmentally appropriate and can be modified to meet individual physical, sensory and special needs. Eco-friendly, kid-sized yoga mats will be provided during the class. Props and visual supports will be used as needed. Limited spots are available so register early!
When: Mondays 3:30-4:00pm
Series 1: June 4, 11 & 18, 2012
Series 2: July 9, 16 & 23, 2012
Series 3: August 6, 13 & 20, 2012
Cost: $15 per child for each 3-week series. A minimum of 10 kids must register for us to offer this incredibly affordable rate of $5.00 per class. Maximum class size: 12. If the first class has reached maximum capacity and enough folks are interested, an additional class may be added at 4:30-5:00pm on those same dates.
Bonus: All kids who participate in at least two 3-week series will receive a free copy of a kids yoga DVD to use to practice yoga at home.

This workshop for mandatory Homeowner Associations can help you get your questions answered. HOAs have specific issues and this workshop addresses these with authority. Attorney Matthew Winton, local attorney and Community Association Law specialist, presents the basics, including covenants, bylaws and amendment procedures. The workshop finishes up with a generous Question & Answer session. Held at Home Creations’ Melody Hall in Moore. Registration required, see nacok.org.
