Learn To Brew’s “Introduction to Home Wine Making” class takes place Sunday, November 22nd at 1:00pm. Learning to make wine is a great way to spend an afternoon. The class will instruct you on how to produce quality wines in just four short weeks with little cost and effort. The class will cover all processes of wine making from picking ingredients and the ingredients effects on the finished wine to fermenting, bottling the wine and aging the wine. (Of course there is a tasting afterward with wine, cheese, fruit, and crackers!) The class will run approximately 3-4 hours.

The class is limited to help ensure everyone has a chance to learn “hands on”. The cost of the class is $35.00 with drinks and snacks provided. Sign up soon as classes fill up fast!
