I have been to OU, UCO and Rose State. Rose is the most 'student...  Read full review I have been to OU, UCO and Rose State. Rose is the most 'student friendly' school out of all of them. Their music program program is much better than UCO if you want to be a performing artist and not a high school band teacher. They prepare you for situations in the music industry, like show setup, songwriting and recording. The teachers at Rose are for the most part very friendly and knowledgeable, and they encourage creativity (MY creativity was discouraged at UCO). The student body is more down-to-earth than OU. They don't spend all of their finances on football, either.
