MEMORIAL DAY - $1 Pricing, Final Day of Season

The summer start-up holiday is also final racing day for the 2012 American Quarter Horse & Mixed-breed Season at Remington Park. Bring the entire family for the exciting and fun afternoon at the races, and in the casino, on Memorial Day Monday, May 28.

The Plaza will be humming throughout the afternoon with live music from Shock and family fun activities throughout the day that starts with live racing at 1:30pm.

The holiday is affordable as well with special $1 pricing for Remington Park live acing programs, soft drinks, hot dogs and beer! All are just $1 on the Plaza throughout live racing!

The casino floor will be full of winning as well with special Memorial Day Hot Seats from 1-8pm. The Hot Seats will be worth $500! Just play with your Club Remington card to be eligible. See Club Remington for complete details.

Remington Park also honors and awards those who serve in the United States Military on Memorial Day. Simply present your official US Military I.D. and receive $10 in Free Play. See Club Remington for complete details.

To wager on horse racing or to enter the casino floor, you must be 18 or over. Those under 18 are welcome in all areas, not the casino, while accompanied by a responsible adult/relative.

Remington Park opens at 10am on Memorial Day for casino gaming and simulcast racing with the live racing underway at 1:30pm.

Learn the basics and other important ins and outs of becoming a successful horse player at Remington Park. Attend the Winning 101 forum with Marilyn Toney in Suite 19 at Remington Park. Professor Toney will provide free instruction on how to properly wager on the races while striving for financial benefits with each and every bet made.

The Winning 101 tutorial will take place on the 2nd Wednesday of each month through July. The Winning 101 sessions will begin at 7pm sharp.

The Winning 101 gathering is free for all who are ready to begin their horse racing education on reading past performances, correctly making and communicating your wagers, using a self-service wagering machine, looking for value in playing the races, learning the name of each wager and what they mean and so much more.
