The newest cardio and toning exercise class for women! A high energy, fun workout featuring Cumbia, Latin, Reggaeton, Rhumba, Jamaican Island, Swing, Middle Eastern and more! Intermittent intensity levels paired with dynamic toning and stretching provide an intense exercise experience. The dance moves are the "real deal," but they are easy to learn and no dance background is needed. An ACE certified instructor will lead this Dance Blast class by Body & Soul Fitness. A 4 p.m. Sunday Dance Blast class at the same location is also offered and has been a popular mom/daughter workout! United Charismatic Healing Ministry is a fast growing church located in the heart of Edmond, Oklahoma. The church was founded by Pastor Edmund Cochrane and his wife Mansa in their living room, shortly after they moved to Oklahoma in 2000. Over the past decade, God has blessed us with dedicated members and together, we have formed a united family. The Lord has done mighty things in preparing and equipping the church to do His work. It is our desire to see people from all over the world, with diverse backgrounds, nationalities and cultures, meet together, unite and become one in Jesus Christ.
