The Culinary Institute of Platt College will host Platt My Plate from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Saturday, July 21, at its north campus, 2727 W Memorial Road.

Guest Chef Lee Bennett, Iguana Grill, and a dozen kids will show how to cook a healthy meal together based on the united States Department of Agriculture's "My Plate" guidelines.
