Visit the wimgo tent at the downtown Festival of the Arts in Oklahoma City starting Tuesday at 11 a.m. The tent is near Sheridan and Hudson at the northwest edge of Myriad Gardens. You can see if your favorite wimgo art is among the top 20 pieces hanging in the tent. You can also view the top three winners picked by community art experts. Come back here next week to vote on the "people's choice" winner.
While there, you can test drive wimgo, the state's premier events calendar, and win a chance at additional prizes by participating in a Festival of the Arts survey sponsored by wimgo.
The Festival of the Arts runs through Sunday next week. Hours are 11 am. to 9 p.m. through Saturday and 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday. On Friday, the artists at Festival of the Arts will also have wimgo pieces at the tent and will be awarded prizes in a separate juried contest.
All art will be auctioned at a later date with proceeds benefiting the Arts Council of Oklahoma City, host of the Festival of the Arts. More information is available at www.artscouncilokc.com.
