A match between Kansas City's reserves and Southern Methodist University's men's teams will follow at 8 p.m.

“I am very excited for the opportunity the Saturn Cup provides the Oklahoma soccer community. Fans will be able to see world-class soccer without traveling. We have two great teams this year; John Crain Field is an excellent venue; the atmosphere will be great. “ Lead Organizer Randall Robison said.

“Having the opportunity to play one week prior to the league opener against another MLS club in an area rich with soccer tradition provides us with a great environment to prepare for our home opener.” KC Wizards Technical Director, and former national Team player, Peter Vermes said. “We look forward to participating in the 2006 Saturn Cup. It will help us start our regular season in a competitive fashion.”

Hope this game is exciting like last year's 4-3 thriller with FC Dallas and Chicago Fire. See you there!
