Because the restaurant is booked solid Saturday and Tuesday (Valentine’s Day), chef/owner Kurt Fleischfresser is opening The Coach House, 6437 Avondale Drive, Oklahoma City, from 6 to 10 p.m. Sunday.
The restaurant will offer its regular dinner menu for the special service.

Takes place at University of Central Oklahoma
University of Central Oklahoma athletes are putting on their dancing shoes and teaming with faculty members and staff for their own version of a popular television show.
Proceeds from Friday's “Dancing With the Bronchos” dinner and auction will benefit the school's athletic programs.
The money will help buy uniforms and athletic equipment and pay for travel to competitions.
The dinner and dance contest will be from 5:30 to 11 p.m. at the Hamilton Field House.
Tickets are $50 for the entire evening or $10 to watch the dance contest and attend a dance that will follow. Tickets can be bought at the athletic department or by calling 974-2500.

Takes place at The Metro Wine Bar & Bistro
The Metro Wine Bar and Bistro, 6418 N Western Ave., Oklahoma City, will host its fifth annual Wine & Chocolate tasting from 4 to 6 p.m. Sunday.
Chef Rolyn Soberanis will offer an assortment of handmade chocolates paired with 20 new wines by the glass.

Harsh, winter temperatures can cause natural food sources to be scarce.
Join the staff of Martin Park Nature Center, 5000 W Memorial Road, at 2 p.m. on February 12 as we make special high-fat suet cakes and distribute them to the park's feathered friends during an afternoon hike. These Valentine treats add just the right amount of sustenance to our birds' winter diet.
