Get Fit and Healthy...No matter what your fitness level,
we have the workout for YOU. Get healthy by burning fat,
adding muscle, and having fun. Just starting your fitness
routine? Try the beginner class . Already working out, but
need more direction and motivation? Try the advanced
class. All you need is a mat/towel and a bottle of water.
Advanced
The advanced group will have a higher number of reps
and more advanced exercises. You will also do cardio
and continue to work on balance.
