LibertyFest Rodeo - Saturday, June 23 and Sunday, June 24 - 8 p.m.
Carl Benne Rodeo Grounds, 300 N Kelly, Edmond, Oklahoma

The exciting events will include bareback riding, calf roping, steer wrestling, team roping, saddle bronco riding, barrel racing and bull riding.

Adults $8 and children $5.

Miss LibertyFest Pageant

Saturday, June 30 - Mitchell Hall Theater - 7 p.m - Tickets $10

The Miss Edmond LibertyFest Scholarship Pageant contestants will compete in interview, on-stage question, talent, physical fitness, and evening wear.

Road Rally

Sunday, July 1 - City Administration parking lot - Corner of 1st & Boulevard - 11 a.m. - 3 p.m.

Register, beginning at 10 a.m., at City Administration parking lot. Cost is $10. Cars, trucks, vans, and more will tour Edmond with a map in search of answers to our questions. Awards ceremony at 5 p.m. Answer all questions correctly and prizes await you.

Concert in the Park at UCO

Thursday, June 28 - in front of Mitchell Hall Theater - 7:30 p.m.

The band concert will feature a mixture of light classics, marches and patriotic music. The free one-hour concert will include a range of traditional "concert in the park music" that will appeal to all. Free watermelon and ice cream following the concert.

Chalk It Up for LibertyFest

Enter the chalk drawing contest to celebrate Parks & Recreation Month, along with food, games, entertainment and more! Sponsored by Edmond Parks and Recreation. Free. Registration for the Chalk Contest is at 10 a.m. and spaces are limited.

LibertyFest Parade

Wednesday, July 4 - Downtown Edmond - 9 a.m. - Parade begins at Ayers St. & University Dr.

Bands, floats, marching groups, antique cars, clowns, round-up clubs, Shriners and more provide color and excitement to our annual parade. Get there early for a good seat, as over 50,000 people line the 1.5-mile route to see the state's greatest Independence Day parade!

$10 per person with children 10 and under FREE.
$15 per person day of event.
There are no refunds because this is a donation.

Fireworks at UCO

Wednesday, July 4 - UCO, 100 N University Drive - 10 p.m.

Watch the Fireworks and listen on KCSC radio FM 90.1 The fireworks are synchronized to the music on the radio!

You will love the Grand Finale of our Festival! It's the largest fireworks display in the metro area.

Bring your entire family to witness the spectacular fireworks show provided by Extreme Pyrotechnics. You will want to bring a blanket or lawn chair; sit back and enjoy the fireworks beginning around 10:00 p.m.

Seating will be available throughout UCO's scenic campus (2nd Street/University Drive). Please note that seating will not be available in Wantland Stadium.

Please, no pets allowed and don't bring ice chests.

Park Fest at UCO

Wednesday, July 4 - UCO, 100 N University Drive - 6:30 p.m.

Come celebrate Independence Day with fun, festive activities, fabulous food, music entertainment and fantastic fireworks! If you are looking for a fun 4th of July for the family, ParkFest is the place to be!

Our Festival will begin at 6:30 p.m. The kids will enjoy our 60' Mega Obstacle Course, 18' Giant Slide, Beagle Belly Bounce, Toddler Time and a Jitterbug Swing ride. We guarantee to provide safe fun for your children! Also, plan to visit our booth that will provide; temporary hair coloring and faux tattoos (while supplies last).

Plan to come early because all this fun and activities will end around 9:30 p.m. to prepare for the fantastic fireworks show!

Throughout the evening, enjoy the music provided by a local DJ playing a great mix of oldies, country and pop songs. There will be something for everyone to enjoy! As always, plan to feast on traditional 4th of July food and ice cold drinks for sale by our vendors. Save room for FREE ice cold watermelon (while supplies last) sponsored by Earl's Rib Palace!

After a day of fun and games, sit back and watch the fireworks extravaganza!! You are encouraged to bring a lawn chair or blanket, since seating will not be provided. Additionally, we request that you leave your ice chests at home for security reasons and please do not bring your family pets to the event.

The Edmond and UCO Police will remain on campus and available to you until the LibertyFest Fireworks are finished and after all the patrons have gone.
