Grades/Ages: ADULT/TEEN

In this class the advanced student will refine their practice of fundamentals of drawing from life in the tradition of classical realism. Direct observation and understanding of the subject are key elements of drawing from life and students will continue to practice the use of the block-in, accurately translating size, proportion, line and the rendering of light and shade. Supplies for this class are minimal: Large drawing pad, an assortment of graphite pencils and a kneaded eraser. 4 weeks. (NO CLASSES ON OCTOBER 13 OR NOVEMBER 17)
Prerequisite: Classical Drawing I.
