Two days of hands-on training with Frank Arias (Senior instructor from Systema HQ in Toronto, Canada) that will improve your health, better your stress response, and uncover your natural combative abilities. Learn to develop precision and control while working from the ground, working on the move, and disarming weapons.

Zumba Fitness
Dance your way to Fitness! Zumba is a mixture of Latin and International music that includes dance movements of salsa, cumbia, reggeaton, hip hop and more. You do not have to know how to dance to ZUMBA. This program is designed for everyone 16 years or older.
Classes on Tuesday nights at 6:15 pm and Saturdays mornings at 10:30 am.

Start exercising on the Oklahoma River Trails with Riversport's free run/walk program for beginners from 6 to 7 p.m. each Tuesday.
The program begins with a 30-minute clinic at the Chesapeake Boathouse, 725 S Lincoln Blvd, about everything from stretching to shoes and then participants will divide for a walk or a run.

Laughter Yoga as taught by Dr. Madan Kataria of India and spread worldwide to bring health, joy and world peace. This is free and open to all ages. adding more belly laughs will make you feel more energetic and healthy. Stress and pain can disappear. Laughter Yoga is a unique exercise routine. It combines laughter exercises with yoga breathing which brings in more oxygen to the body and brain. Anyone can laugh without relying on humor, jokes and comedy. We use laughter as an exercise in a group, encouraging eye contact and childlike playfulness making our laughing real and contagious. It is based on the scientific fact that the body cannot tell the difference between fake and real laughter.
