Staged by Royal Danish ballet alum and OKCB Ballet Master Jacob Sparso, August Bournonville's Napoli Divertissements is an exciting example of pure classical technique and light, effortless style. Bournonville directed the Royal Danish Ballet for nearly 50 years and established the Danish style based on bravura dancing and expressive mime. It is pure dance at its finest.

In 2011, artistic director Robert Mills premiered Pushing Pennies to audience and critical success. An abstract work using the music of Phillip Glass, it is sure to knock your socks off.

An infamous Parisian cafe is the backdrop for Paris Rouge, a comedy of errors where infatuations abound and everyone goes home happy. Colorful and rousing, poignant and romantic, Paris Rouge makes its triumphant return just in time for Valentine's Day.

Oklahoma star and Hall of Fame member Brenda Imel's comedy & music family show comes to Yukon at the Yukon Event Center, 949 S. Cornwell. 15 min. west of OKC on I40.
The show is on the 2nd Saturday of each month. Brenda, along with her granddaughter Caylin and sons Matt and Marc Cowell headline the show. Completing the group is producer husband Fred who doubles on harmonica. Their portion of the show features country, gospel, and folk music.

Then guests come in. “It’s really three shows in one,” says Brenda. "Of course, if you come for the first part, you can stay for the whole evening for no extra charge.”

There will also be special guest appearances by local artists such as CJ Hinds. Check local papers for discount coupons.

“Go to dinner then come over,” says Brenda. “It's a family show in a no smoking and no alcohol environment! Relax and enjoy yourself right here.”
