The workshop will feature special guest Joe Hopper, president of Hopper Marketing. Hopper is a marketing professor at OCU and previously worked for The Oklahoman.

The class will be on May 31 from 9 a.m. - noon. The topics to be covered include:

•Best practices for social media marketing

Topics also include: Mining Electronic Databases, Published Indexes and Compilations, discovering Genealogical and Historical Societies, Family Tree software as well as Preserving Family Documents, Photos, and Heirlooms. Dreamweaver CS5 is a powerful Web Design software program. Dreamweaver's visual page building approach enables you to create beautiful and complex web pages. Dreamweaver works almost precisely the same way in its Windows and Macintosh versions. Every button in every dialog box is exactly the same. Topics covered include creating XHTML and CSS pages; formatting text; inserting images, creating rollover images and designing an image map; creating hyperlinks and a navigation menu; understanding CSS (Cascading Style Sheets); creating a .dwt page and attaching a CSS page. Students will also discuss feedback forms and the script required to send the data to an email address. Lastly, instructor will discuss how to secure a domain name and set up a hosting account. 18 Hrs Cost $99

The Computer Club of Oklahoma City ("ccokc") is a non-profit organization that offers classes, study groups and workshops for anything computer related you might want to learn. Come try out our Mobile Communications Study Group (on the second Friday of each month at 1:30pm) to learn more about your new smart phone. Every Thursday morning from 10:00 -1200 we have a study group especially designed for seniors. Our Genealogy study group meets on the second Saturday of each month at 9:00.
